The Council for the Promotion of Human Values and Culture of Lawfulness and Jóvenes Unidos por Nuevo Leon A.C. are honored to invite you to participate in the youth forums that will take place within the Second Worldwide Meeting on Human Values and Culture of Lawfulness.

The youth forums are an essential part of EMV 2010, where students will be able to discuss, exchange projects, debate and generate solutions towards building a better world.

Each forum will be guided by three people: a moderator, an expert, and a actively involved young person on the corresponding issue.

Project Presentation

May present their work in any of the following ways: audiovisual; essay; advertisement. The work should have support in the Forum topics

  1. Audiovisual / Short
    • A film with a maximum of three minutes.
    • If the primary language is other than Spanish, must be supplied with Spanish subtitles.
    • It can be animated, photo or video filmed.
    • Must be submitted in DVD format,. Mov,. Avi.
  2. Essay
    • Written in a maximum of 5 pages excluding references, in Arial size 12, 1.5 space.
    • The upper edge of the first page should include essay title; participant's full name will be in the registration form, so there’s NO need for it to be in the attached document.
    • The project should have a different title to the ones developed in the Topic and Categories, but within the same theme.
  3. Advertisement
    • The announcement should have a written support to justify this.
    • May be as: cartel.
    • With a maximum of 10 MGB space, so that it can be manageable by email.
    • Delivery format. Jpg or. Pdf.
    • In a maximum of 50 cm x 70 cm.

The works are individually and must be completely original. It is absolutely prohibited from plagiarizing other works previously published and / or have previously received awards.

    • Spirituality and science, two aspects of the same reality?

    • How does our behavior change can transform the moral destination spoken of in
      prophecy?
  4. Creativity: the best investment to educate
    • The creation of programs and strategies that stimulate creativity.
    • What tools detonate the creative potential?
  5. Compassion: the tool that builds peace
    • What does a community living and practicing compassion looks like?
    • Is forgiveness necessary to experience compassion?
  6. Social networks: technology as source of transformation
    • Social networks: a power that transforms?
    • How can social networks help to transform society into peace and the common good?
